Consortium membership is open to any reservoir operator in our region.  All Consortium partners have signed the below Memorandum of Understanding.  The Consortium meets at the Eel Russian River Commission twice a year.  For more information,  please contact Brad Sherwood at 707-547-1927 or sherwood@scwa.ca.gov.
